Two places to ask, and the answers to the three things that go wrong most often.

Who to ask

If you write to us, the three things that save a round trip: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus the web address of the page and a screenshot if it is something you can see.

The three most common ones

"I never got my invitation"

Check junk mail for a message from noreply@ymcatoledo.org. If it isn't there, ask an administrator to press Resend — that issues a fresh link, because the old one may have expired. Invitations last 14 days and can be used once.

"It says I haven't been invited, but I have"

Two things cause this. Either the invitation went to a different address than the one you signed in with — the message names both, so compare them — or your name changed recently and your email address changed with it. Ask an administrator to check the People page; if your old address is listed, a fresh invitation to the new one fixes it.

"Some of my files weren't read"

The upload tells you which files it could not read, and why. The usual reasons:

Nothing is lost when a file cannot be read. It is stored and downloadable either way; only the suggestions are affected, and you can type those in.

The guide answers most of the rest

Once you are signed in, the Guide in the top bar covers every part of the site end to end — the roles, invitations, previewing files, how the assistant reads uploads, categories versus tags. Most questions are answered there faster than by email.
